Stone Certification

If you would like a 3rd party certification of your piece or loose stone, we can ship your product to the IGI (International Gemological Institution) in New York for a fee of $250.

This certificate will provide you with the full description and breakdown of your item, as well as the suggested replacement value.

Manufacturer's Appraisal

Every item is shipped from Tanzanite.com with a Manufacturer's Appraisal. This certificate guarantees the authenticity of all gemstones and diamonds purchased from Tanzanite.com. You can also use this certificate for insurance purposes.

REPAIRS

Tanzanite.com has made repairing your T.com item simple and easy! Please print and fill out the Repair Form by clicking the button below and mail this form to us along with the item to be repaired. Please note we do not provide a shipping label for sending the item to us, however we will ship the item back to you at no charge.

Coupon policy

The coupon codes distributed are valid for one time use only. The coupon will only be valid to the recipient of the promotion. Discount does not apply to taxes, shipping and handling charges or any similar processing charges. Warranty - Five Year Warranty

All fine diamond, colored gemstone, platinum and gold jewelry purchased from tanzanite.com. is warranted for five (5) years from the date of purchase. All fine jewelry is genuine, authentic, and of consistent high quality and value. All gold jewelry is either 14k or 18k gold. Our warranty covers each item of fine jewelry for defects in manufacturing only (based upon tanzanite.com jewelers inspection and sole determination) and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft. Our warranty is valid on at tanzanite.com. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than tanzanite.com jewelers will void this warranty.

Tanzanite.com disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breech of written or implied warranty of this item, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusive or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Our warranty is valid only in the U.S.
