Cancelling an order placed on Tanzanite.com is easy and hassle-free. Simply click on 'My Account' to login and view your account history. Click on 'Cancel' beside the corresponding order, and a Confirmation RMA number will be issued to you automatically via email.
Once you've received your confirmation email with the attached RMA, a Tanzanite.com representative will contact you within 2-3 business days to follow up and issue your credit.
