No Risk Return Policy

At Tanzanite.com, we take pride in customer delight. We take special care to ensure that every product exceeds your expectations. However, if for any reason you would like to exchange or refund, Tanzanite.com offers a 30-day money back guarantee for items in their original condition with the tag still on the item.
Please Note: Special Orders aren't eligible for a refund.

Return Process:

·   Product must be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. The date of shipment is specified in the invoice.

·   Get your Return Authorization Code by calling 1-888-826-9264 or by e-mailing us at customerservice@tanzanite.com and a customer service specialist will reply to you. Include a copy of that email in your return package. In some cases, a verbal return code is allowed - please indicate such code with your return letter.

·   Include all original packaging, certificates and materials.

·   Ship your item fully insured. To insure your package, check the price of the item on your invoice. If it is less than $500, you can ship via any carrier. If it is more than $500, ship via U.S. Postal Registered Mail (or any other carrier that insures the parcel for its full value). Insure your package for the total value of the contents and request a return receipt for confirmation.

·   Returns take approximately three to five business days to process upon the receipt of the item. Any item with evidence of damage, wear, engraving, alterations or resizing by a jeweler other than Tanzanite.com will not be accepted for return or can be eligible for our 5-year Warranty.

·   We refund only the price of the item and taxes paid. Shipping charges, if any, paid by the customer are not refunded. The refund may take up to 5 working days to show up in your credit card account.
